Dr. Gergana Manolova is the new executive director of the Family Business Network in Bulgaria (FBN). She will continue to serve as Director of Strategic Development and Impact at the family-owned company M-Gaz Ltd, which is a member of the organization.

As an active member of the association, Dr. Manolova participates in international events and training programs and is one of the driving forces behind the Impact community, which focuses on sustainable development and long-term impact. In her new role, she will work with representatives of the global and European Family Business Network, which is present in over 65 countries, and will help expand the community in Bulgaria.

Manolova holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a Master’s degree in Business from Imperial College London. She gained experience as a project manager and marketing expert before returning to the family business, where, prior to assuming her current position, she served as communications manager, sustainable development manager, and director of international cooperation and business relations. She combines a strong academic background with extensive practical experience, reinforcing her reputation as a leader committed to the principles of responsible and transparent management.
