Dr. Gergana Manolova participated as a panelist in the prestigious international event GBSN Beyond 2026, hosted by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) in Romania.

She was part of the keynote panel on “Transformation Within and Across Sectors,” which brought together leaders and experts from the food and beverage industry, the energy sector, and infrastructure. During the discussion, participants explored how contemporary economic and social changes are reshaping business and society.

Together with colleagues from the construction and food industries in Romania, Dr. Manolova examined how technological, environmental, and social forces are driving profound changes across various industries. The discussion highlighted both new strategic opportunities and important issues related to human health, labor and human rights, the future of the workplace, and environmental sustainability.

As part of the program, the forum delegates had the honor of being welcomed at the historic “Cotroceni” Palace, where Dr. Manolova met with Romanian President Nicușor Dan and the Minister of Education and Science.
