Gergana Manolova, Director of International Cooperation at M-Gas, represented the company at two key events in October.

On October 15, Gergana took part in the fifth edition of Career Orientation Week “Career in ESG.” She participated in the day dedicated to Environmental Aspects in ESG as a moderator and participant in a discussion. The event, which was held at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” brought together leading companies that shared their best practices for sustainability.

The following day, October 16, Gergana was a guest speaker at a GlobalFoundries event. The topic of her lecture is “Busting 5 Myths of Female Leadership” – or how to bust 5 myths about female leadership. She talked about how stereotypes affect not only women but also men, and emphasized the idea that leadership is not related to gender but to authenticity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire.
