Gergana Manolova, Director of International Cooperation and Business Relations at M-Gas Ltd., was selected to join F.A.M.E., a growth program supporting women entrepreneurs and the next generation of women in family businesses. The program begins in mid-March and will continue until the end of May 2024.

F.A.M.E is a foundation dedicated to the mission of creating and growing a thriving ecosystem by fostering entrepreneurial and investment activities among women, and providing them with access to capital, mentorship, network and resources. With a leading strategic partner in EY Bulgaria and the support of Karoll Financial Group, the program aims to support entrepreneurs and empower them to reflect and gain knowledge useful for strategic business development, while becoming part of an active and highly supportive network.

The programme will include practical training sessions led by key experts in their respective fields to build mindset and a concrete strategy for growth. Some of the core modules will include business model refinement, financial management, culture and leadership building and capital raising. In addition to the business-focused trainings, personal development trainings will also be held focusing on challenges faced by women entrepreneurs.
